We hope you will appreciate that we are a small business and are therefore greatly affected by any cancellations. We ask that you are sure of your booking as the deposit is non refundable. Thank you for your understanding. We recommend that you have your own travel insurance.
If you need to change your date, please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to accommodate your changes.
Any changes within 28 days of arrival date, made will forfeit the deposit. If your room is consequently rebooked by another party, then your deposit can be used against a future booking.
If you have booked with a voucher and cancel, your voucher will no longer be valid. If you require a change of date, this can only be arranged more than 28 days of arrival date.
If you do not arrive for your booking, you will be charged the full remaining amount.
We recommend that you have your own insurance to cover any eventualities.
In the event of adverse weather where you are unable to reach Singdean or Alpnhaus, we cannot offer any refund. If adverse weather causes you to be unable to leave, you will be charged the full rate or a lower rate at our discretion. We recommend that you have your own insurance to cover any eventualities..
During extreme weather conditions it may not be possible to use the sauna and / or hot tub. There is no reimbursement.
Acceptance of a reservation confirmed by the owners constitutes a binding contract between them and the guest.
Your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail upon receipt of deposit paid with card, Pay Pal or bank transfer with your full postal address and contact telephone number.
Your booking is for holiday purposes only. Neither Singdean nor Alpnhaus is to be used for filming or photographic shoots, weddings or parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A maximum of 2 people can stay at any one time in Alpnhaus or Singdean and must never be exceeded without prior written consent.
You agree to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it in a similar condition as to how you found it. If additional cleaning is required during your stay there may be a surcharge. If additional cleaning, beyond a reasonable amount, is required after your departure, there may be an additional surcharge.
Please report any damages or breakages so we can correct any issues. We understand that accidents can happen however we may have to charge for damages.
Please be respectful of the property. We have worked very hard to bring you the best that we can.
If bringing your dog, please respect all soft furnishings and please clean up any mess it may make.
Longer stays. Any bookings made for 6 days or more are to be paid in full one week prior to arrival. Linen will be changed every 6 days when staying 6 days or longer.
Hot tub water will be cleaned and water changed for every guest. If staying for 5 days or longer, hot tub will be cleaned and water changed after every 4 days ready for your 5th use.
Please confirm you have read our sauna and hot tub use to ensure you are able to use them.
We cannot be held responsible for any broken, lost or stolen property.
We, the owners, have the right to remove any person or persons due to unacceptable behaviour, damage to property or exceeding the agreed stay. Any refund that may be due is entirely at the owners choice.
